Fees and Payments
Fees for services are determined at the time of consultation. Payment options, including CareCredit, can be developed so as to accommodate your needs, and to begin treatment at your earliest convenience. Please see individual services for price ranges on listed procedures or services, however, exact fees will be discussed in person. Also, most medical insurance programs are accepted for medically necessary procedures:

- If your plan is not listed above, please call the office to see if your particular insurance plan is accepted.
Payment Options
Your office co-pay, as well as any fees for non-covered procedures or cosmetic procedures, are due upon completion of your visit.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.
Care Credit is available.
