Several weeks ago, an elderly patient had just completed her series of EVLT’s (EndoVenous Laser Therapy treatments for varicose veins). After the last treatment, as we were helping her with her compression stockings, she commented to me on how she is so impressed with our staff. She said that the assistants and providers were so nice, kind and patient, that she wanted to “take one of us home with her”. She expressed how much she appreciated the care she had been given during her procedures. That is the best compliment that we can receive!*
